Many people with a second home abroad will be aware of the problem:
The house is uninhabited for weeks, sometimes for months but needs regular maintenance. The boiler must be maintained annually, the garden demands attention, the last bit of painting still needs to be done, the mail piles up and last but not least, due to excessive weather it appears your house needs immediate repairs!
In short, you can start working upon arrival: make arrangements with the painter, contractor and gardener.
Of course, nobody wants to do that. So how nice would it be if there is someone who checks the house regularly, put the mail away and manages the maintenance. All of this is done by someone who ensures that it’s done before you enter your home.
And as the cherry on the cake, the groceries are already in the fridge on the day of arrival and the heating or air-conditioning is on!

About me
For the past 20 years I have been active in the real estate investment and development business. The last 5 years I have been working at a real estate developer in the high end segment, with the main focus on Amsterdam. Besides all the administration during the renovation or construction I was the main point of contact for the new home owners. Even after the sale was done I remained to their disposal. Often, these buyers were coming from abroad or the house was bought as a second home. I assisted these clients in their preparation to finally accommodate their new home. I made sure all necessary steps were taken to make their house feel like home, no need to search for internet providers, worry about electricity/gas/water or any other service you need.
This laid the foundation to start as a private assistant for you and your house: Your Home Manager.
My ambition is to take that bit of worry off your hands to make sure your house immediately feels like a home when you arrive.

It start with a phone call ! We discuss the house, your wishes, your expectations and you get answers to all your questions. When we understand each other, the next step follows.
2. Let's Meet!
I can’t make a final agreement without first seeing the house. That’s why the next appointment on location is so important. Together we walk through the house and discuss the details and your personal preferences.
3. Let's get started!
When you are ready, we will start our cooperation! You will receive a regular update of the situation of your house as agreed. You give me the instructions and we will communicate as agreed upon. Nothing stands in our way anymore. Special wishes? Let me know and I will arrange it.
